Community Meals & Camp Activities

Over past years we have not had a 'Formal' sign-up sheet for volunteering or assisting in running our Playa Events.

 

We had a Volunteer shift page up on the PolyParadise web site as but I had taken away the submission button a while back.  That process works well but the form is not tied to a database so that I have to enter the names into the grid. Of course only 3 or so people send the form anyway.

 

As WildChild & I leave for the Playa a full-week ahead, and lots of PolyBurn chatter happens that last week, none of those shift requests would have been posted or known about by me.

 

So...

 

I have posted two publicly editable Google Excel sheets for Volunteering within camp and the Community Meal Menu...

 

I posted volunteering opportunities for the Human Carcass Wash & Poly High Tea.  As far as I know the other Playa events do not require and additional assistance other than those that run them, If I am incorrect, please add a worksheet, so that others can sign-up to assist in those events.

So...Whomever has Internet access on Sunday 8/24, please login and print out each of the spreadsheets and bring them to the Playa, so we have the most up to date record of what is what and whom is whom...
