Where do you call home? Probably until kids change from chrysalis to butterfly: Winooski, Vermont.
Then probably back to birthplace: New York City; or some other warmer place - where I don't have to own a car.

Camped with PolyParadise Before? Yes - and want to be back with those amazing, welcoming, sharing, loving people.

Why Burning Man? To travel outside... to travel inside. To give and to get. To celebrate and to mourn. To join community and to experience individuality. Human beings are my favorite thing while on this brief visit to the planet - (and also my least favorite - separated along the war/art meridian) - and here I have seen some of their best energies at work and play. Traveling this year with Laurie, my dear chemical-mate (I have no soul) of 10 years. Expectations and hopes: adventure, playing, inspiration, maps, art, interaction, learning, music, imagination, sex, joy, dancing, exploring, self-expression, playing, letting-go, challenge, openness, friendship…did I mention playing?

My Life:
Born to first generation immigrants on the lower east side of New York City when it was still part of Eastern Europe. Fifty some years later, in Vermont, with three amazing teenagers, making life and art, while working as a graphic artist for a natural food grocery store... and ranting and raving about politics and sex and culture and on and on.
